Crispy Shrimp Taco with Chipotle Lime Mayo and Cabbage on Flour tortilla $5.25
The Mexico booth’s little seafood treasure had me at “Chipotle Lime Mayo” as I’m in love with anything chipotle!
Lettuce Wrap with Roast Pork and Kimchi Slaw $3.25
I’m kind of obsessed with lettuce wraps so of course I have to head to the South Korea booth to try this one!
Lobster and Seafood Fisherman’s Pie – $6.00
We have to head over to the Ireland booth and pay homage to our Irish ancestors! This “pie” combines lobster with other various seafood (haven’t heard much on what it is exactly) with a creamy sauce and topped with real creamy mashed potatoes. Sounds like some comfort food if I’ve ever heard it!
Escargots Persillade en Brioche $5.25
Ok, I’ve said I’m an adventurous eater, so I guess I gotta prove it with Escargots from the France booth!
Florida Orange Grove Hurricane Class 5, Florida White Sangria $3.25
Found in the NEW Florida booth, this is a blend of several Florida Orange Grove wines and is reportedly uniquely refreshing as well as their best selling wine!
Our Walt Disney World trip is QUICKLY approaching! We could not be more excited! We planned this trip around Epcot’s International Food and Wine Festival as I’ve never been (insert shocked face here) and Mark has been dying to share it with me. Always having been an adventurous eater, nothing is off limits; I will try it all! But with there being 29 unique booths (24 countries or regions and 5 specialty items or beverages) this year, it will be quite the challenge to try something from each; challenge accepted!
